CAFÉ SPONTANE — Café Spontane (initiated by Martina Bianchini and Fanny Olsthoorn) organised culinary gatherings across Amsterdam. Once a month a series of dinners or brunches were held to celebrate local food and seasonal produce. Each gathering was an opportunity to bring together different people to enjoy the pleasure of a shared meal. The gatherings were hosted at different venues throughout the city – a botanical garden, a glass house by the water, a creative studio – unique places that are transformed into beautiful, intimate settings. For this ultimate summer edition we nestled in the glasshouse of the botanical garden in the business district of Amsterdam; a hidden, green oasis.
