NOURISH — Nourish represents both enrichment through meeting new people and coming up with new ideas as well as the nourishment in terms of beautiful food. This series of intimate gatherings was organised by Martina Bianchini and Fanny Olsthoorn (Café Spontane) together with Margot van der Krogt and Marieke Verdenius (The Gatherists). The two-day lunch gatherings were hosted at the stunning Studio 13 in the centre of Amsterdam. To celebrate this collaboration a 12-page newspaper was created, featuring images and stories reflecting the ideas behind Nourish, alongside a selection of recipes to celebrate the spring season. Johanneke Procee captured the setting of the gathering and created a unique series of portraits.
